With today’s court ruling, none of us should be surprised that the federal government is stopping the Arizona immigration law.  Nancy Pelosi and her allies have fallen down on every promise to secure our border.  Pelosi’s liberals pushed an unconstitutional government takeover of healthcare on our nation.  Of course the Washington Liberals are going to ignore the 10th Amendment, intrude on states’ rights once again and force states to foot the bill for illegal immigrants using public services without paying taxes. 

Folks, this is not just wrong; it’s dead-wrong. This is not the way our founding fathers meant for a representative democracy to operate. The federal government is supposed to obtain its power from the states and not the other way around. The federal government has clearly failed to secure our nation’s borders and we should not punish states for stepping up to finally get the job done.

Many of us are fighting an out-of-control Washington and that’s why Nancy Pelosi is pouring millions of dollars into our opponents’ bank accounts.  In my race, she’s recruited a like-minded liberal and had her allies Moveon.org and Act Blue fund nearly his entire campaign.
